The 2019 Trunk Club Spring Campaign was centered around raising brand awareness nationwide. After extensive research, it was found that competitors like StitchFix were dominating the subscription styling market in terms of brand recognition. In order to combat that, the spring campaign was designed to stand out. By incorporating a bold color palette and showcasing our personalized service through handwritten and traditional serif typography, the campaign centers around the tagline ‘There’s something for you in every Trunk’.

Conceptually we were able to take that tagline to another level in the design by turning the ‘U’ in ‘Trunk Club’ into a visual element that loosely represents the Trunks themselves. This motif was carried from the animatic in the commercial all the way to print and outdoor advertising, adding an extra pop of bold color and focusing on Trunk Club patrons. The spring 2019 campaign was successful in raising brand awareness among the brand’s target demographic in cities nationwide.
